Pretend you’re at the eye doctor; do you like room one, or do you like room two better? One or two?
Benjamin Moore showcases their 2012 trend colors in these fabulous room sets. One room, two different looks. It’s all about paint color changing the appearance of a room. Warm or cool? Traditional or contemporary? Right or wrong?
Drum roll, please…Benjamin Moore’s top color pick for 2012 is…
Because of the influence that blue has in our world today, we have chosen wythe blue (HC-143) as Benjamin Moore’s 2012 Color of the Year. It’s a beautiful, calming hue that has an element of heritage and offers grounding rootedness, providing comfort and stability.
Wythe Blue is a blue-green hue with a cool gray cast to it. It is a versatile color that looks perfect in any room in your home. Good job, Benny Moore. See all of Benjamin Moore’s 2012 color picks at your neighborhood Hirshfield’s store.
Your style. Our expertise.
I’ll post additional room shots on Flickr and Facebook.

hi, not sure how i found this but have been looking at the first two color schemes for weeks now – i was wondering if you could tell me where i might find stencils like the ones done in the first picture?

Tami,
I know how that goes, when you can’t get something out of your head. On the Benjamin Moore website they had a short video talking about using the Acanthus Leaves stencil.

I also found an article listing resources for that room with Cutting Edge Stencils sourced as the stencil. Here is the link:

Good luck with your project! Would love to see photos.
