If you’re not familiar with Thibaut, they offer over 50 books in their wallpaper library. Each collection contains a distinct group of designs by themes such as traditional, nautical, stripes or toile. Also, included in the offering are papers, vinyls, natural textures, and lovely fabrics.
Here are the top four patterns from their best-selling book Texture Resource Vol. 3:
These vinyls mimic the look of natural textures, and are also durable (mudroom durable), versatile, and timeless in appearance:
- Tuscany Leather brings a clean, edgier vibe to a room, and plays well with larger pieces of furniture. Reminds me of a hair-on-hide rug where the leather pieces are stitched together.
- Chunky rugs, chunky monkey, chunky jewelry, and now the chunky woven weave of Banyan Basket.
- High impact, classic, and great movement, is what the Greater Gator pattern brings to a room
- Bankun Raffia has an Arts & Crafts feel offering some richer and deeper colors. The pattern imitates woven palm leaves, with 15 color ways available.
In addition to the standard width of 23″ or 27″, some papers are available 48″ and 54″ wide, translating into fewer seams on your walls.
Our staff often recommends the wider width for larger expanses, such as a lower level family room, rooms with high ceilings, or hallways. Since these vinyls are available in the wider width, they are suitable for residential and commercial spaces.
If the wallpaper police forced you to put up one of these wallpapers, which one would you select?
