{bits & pieces: o’verlays}

Have you seen these very cool fretwork panels called O’verlays? Attach a fretwork panel and turn a plain piece of furniture into the focal point of any room. They are made of a lightweight composite and are paintable. They can be used on windows, doors, mirrors, furniture, and more.

    I love this Idea. You can also see the influence of the o’verlay in many new wallcoverings and fabrics.

      You’re right, we are seeing geometric, fretwork, and lattice patterns on all types of interior finishes. Also, instead of straight, rigid lines, I like how some geometrics are softening up with curves and rounded edges.
