It’s the Cherry and the Spoon at the Walker!


Or, more appropriately, Landmark #6 in the Name that Landmark game is the Spoonbridge Cherry in the Walker Art Center’s Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.

First of all, doesn’t that summer time image look GORGEOUS right about now?! Second, congrats to Carrie Andersen for correctly guessing the Spoonbridge Cherry over on the Hirshfield’s Facebook page. Now, what do you think would be a good color name for this artwork (if it were a paint color)? “Teaspoon Cherry Red?” “Downtown Crimson?” Give us your best guess …and while you’re at it, come up with some color names for the Name that Color Contest and you could win a $100 gift card from Hirshfield’s!
