Let the games begin!
The Solar Decathlon joins 20 college and university teams in a competition to design, build, and operate the most attractive and energy-efficient solar-powered house.
Team Minnesota is in 14th place, out of 20, at the beginning of day two of the Solar Decathlon competition in Washington D.C.. When I checked last night they were in ninth place. Hmm.
The U.S. Department of Energy has a great website if you’re interested in following the competition.

My prediction is that Minnesota will place in one of the top four spots. Just a feeling…
